Single vehicle crash on N. Sam Houston Parkway E. leaves female driver dead
HOUSTON, TX- A 57 year-old woman died after her vehicle drove into a tree on the side of N. Sam Houston Parkway on April 5th, the Houston Police Department reports.
Around 7:25p.m., the silver Nissan Rogue eastbound struck the off-road structure at 100 North Sam Houston Parkway East.
Someone who witnessed the crash alerted first responders. When the fire department arrived, they found the driver had already passed away.
A medical emergency on the part of the driver is thought to be a possible reason for the crash.
There is still an investigation being conducted on this case.
