SW Freeway in Houston closes following pickup truck rollover crash 

HOUSTON, TX – Officials had to close the northbound lanes on Southwest Freeway following a pickup truck rollover crash on Thursday.

The crash occurred before 10:30 a.m. and involved a black pickup truck and another vehicle, ABC13 said. The impact of the collision caused the pickup truck, hauling a trailer, to overturn and spill debris across several lanes of the highway.

Authorities had to issue lane closures to allow crews to clean up debris from the crash and restore safe road conditions. Officials reopened all lanes by 2 p.m.

No cartoons have been reported, and the cause of the collision is under investigation.
