Two people critically injured in early-morning pin-in crash on Hwy 290
AUSTIN, TX – Two people sustained severe injuries during a pin-in crash on Highway 290 early yesterday morning, according to information from Austin-Travis County EMS.

The crash happened between 4966-4970 W U.S. Highway 290 westbound at 2:01 a.m.
One person was entrapped within the wreckage, while a second victim was pinned in the crash.
After being extricated from the vehicle, the two people were both taken to St. David’s South for the treatment of critical, life-threatening injuries.
