Two people hospitalized after car collides with tree, building
AUSTIN, TX – Two people were taken to the hospital after a car collided with a tree and a building on the I-35 service road this evening, according to Austin-Travis County EMS.

The collision happened in the 4600 block of the N I-35 service road northbound at 5:40 p.m., when a car collided with a tree and a building, resulting in one person being trapped within the wreckage.
After being extricated by emergency crews, the trapped victim was taken to Dell Seton for the treatment of critical, life-threatening injuries.
A second victim was brought to the same hospital with injuries that were not expected to be life-threatening.
