UPDATE: Jeep found to have struck motorcyclist in fatal service road crash
AUSTIN, TX- As reported previously, officials have reported a Jeep to have struck the motorcyclist who died from an early Tuesday crash on the I-35 Service Road, according to CBS Austin.
The motorcyclist was hit and subsequently seriously injured by a Jeep driver at approximately 1:30am on the I-35 Service Road by 7th Street. Officials transported the victim to an area hospital, but they succumbed to their injuries and died shortly after. The Jeep driver has not been charged at this time, and stayed at the scene of the incident.
