UPDATE: Officials identify victim killed in scooter crash on I-35 Service Road
AUSTIN, TX- The Austin Police Department has identified the man killed in the motorized scooter crash on the service road of the I-35 highway, according to KXAN.
31-year-old Keegan Connell Mosley was riding a motorized scooter near the intersection of the service road and East 11th Street at approximately 1:40am when he was struck by a Jeep. He was transported to Dell Seton Medical Center but succumbed to his injuries and died shortly after.
