UPDATE: Second driver in North Capital of Texas Highway crash succumbs to injuries
AUSTIN, TX- Officials have updated that the other driver involved in the fatal crash on North Capital of Texas Highway has died two weeks after the accident, according to CBS Austin.
On August 11, almost two weeks after the late July accident, the other driver of a Subaru involved in the accident near Pennybacker Bridge died. The victim, 22-year-old Adrian Maxey-Salomone, died at St. David’s South Austin Hospital. The accident originally occurred late July near the 4700 block of the roadway, and the other driver was pronounced dead shortly after.
The accident is still under investigation. We will be monitoring for updates.
