Vehicle strikes and kills pedestrian in San Marcos
SAN MARCOS, TX- A pedestrian was struck and killed by a vehicle in San Marcos on Saturday night, according to local news sources.
At approximately 9:49pm, a vehicle struck a 62-year-old pedestrian in the intersection of Hunter Road and Quarry Springs Road. Officials arrived to the scene and found the victim injured and performed life-saving attempts, however, she was transported to a local hospital and died shortly after.
