Woman dies after being intentionally run over by moving truck in Houston
HOUSTON, TX – A woman died after she was intentionally run over by a moving truck in Houston on Thursday, Click2Houston reports.
The incident occurred around 3:30 p.m. on the 2400th block of South Gessner Road.
Houston Police Lieutenant Crowson told the source that it began with a scheduled moving job, warranting a response from a three-person moving crew.
Two of the crew members, boyfriend and girlfriend, got into a heated argument. The boyfriend was said to have gotten into the moving truck and intentionally run over the girlfriend.
The woman died from her injuries at the scene, and the boyfriend fled the scene.
Police later found the man and detained him.
Authorities have not released the victim’s or the suspect’s name.
No charges have been reported.
