Woman dies following fiery crash near Eleanor Tinsley Park
HOUSTON, TX – According to KHOU, a woman died in a fiery crash on Memorial Dr near Sawyer St on Wednesday.
The woman was driving a BMW at high speeds when she collided sideways with a tree around 2:30 a.m.
The collision split the BMW in half and caused the back half of the car to catch on fire. The woman was ejected from the car during the crash.
A bystander pulled the woman from the wreckage and tried to help her before rescue crews arrived. They pronounced the woman dead at the scene.
Officials have not released the victim’s name.
