Woman’s life claimed in reported hit-and-run in West Houston

WEST HOUSTON, TX – A woman’s life was claimed in a reported hit-and-run crash in West Houston on Sunday, ABC13 reports.

Houston police and fire crews were summoned to the 7500th block of Bellerive Drive and pulled up to the scene before 2 a.m. Upon arrival, firefighters declared the woman dead at the scene, and police confirmed she was in a traffic lane.

Police are working to determine what the suspect looks like and what vehicle they drove at the time of the collision.
