Single vehicle crash near Rose City results in 1 fatality
ROSE CITY, TX- A 38 year-old driving a Dodge Ram died when his vehicle rolled over on I-10 W on Jan 29th at 12:30a.m., KFDM reports.
Before rolling over, the vehicle first drove off I-1o W and then back on. The drive turned back onto the roadway too forcefully and hit a sign once back on the road near mile marker 856. His vehicle then proceeded to roll over. When the vehicle came to a stop, it was in a ditch and authorities had to rescue the man from the wreckage.
Daniel Chavez Reyes, the driver of the vehicle, later died at the St. Elizabeth Hospital.
There is an ongoing investigation being conducted on this case.
