Tractor-trailer crash closes two lanes off Beltway 8 NB in west Houston
HOUSTON, TX — A big rig collision was reported Thursday afternoon on the Beltway 8 frontage road in west Houston, according to Houston Transtar.
The accident took place off the northbound beltway at Richmond Avenue, in the Westchase neighborhood. It was verified by officials at 2:32 p.m.
Little information has been made available, but two northbound frontage road lanes were closed in the immediate aftermath.
Authorities have not said what may have led up to the wreck or indicated any potential injuries.
