Multiple drivers strike, kill pedestrian on Kuykendahl Rd
HOUSTON, TX – According to the Harris County Sheriff’s Office, two drivers fatally collided with a male pedestrian on the 15700 block of Kuykendahl Road on Tuesday.
The driver of a Nissan was heading north on Kuykendahl Rd when they collided with a male pedestrian trying to cross the street outside of a marked crosswalk. Another vehicle, a white pickup truck, then ran over the pedestrian.
Following the collision, the Nissan driver stayed at the scene and cooperated with authorities. The pickup truck driver fled the area.
Rescue crews transported the victim to an area hospital in critical condition, where they died on Wednesday at 4:29 a.m.
