Driver fatally collides with pole near Glenbrook Valley
HOUSTON, TX – A driver crashed into a pole near Telephone Rd and Santa Fe Dr on Sunday, according to KHOU.
A 62-year-old male was driving a black Ford Fusion when he exited a parking lot and attempted to turn right onto Telephone Rd when he lost control of his vehicle and slammed into a pole around 9 p.m. The car then caught on fire.
A bystander pulled the driver from the car.
Rescue crews transported the driver to an area hospital, where he died.
