2 hit-and-run drivers fatally collide with pedestrian on Howell Sugarland Rd
HOUSTON, TX – Two drivers allegedly left the scene after fatally colliding with a woman on the 6500 block of Howell Sugarland Rd on Wednesday, according to KTRK.
The driver of an older-model white Chevrolet truck hit an Asian woman in her 70s using a walker and then fled the scene around 10:30 p.m. A black Cadillac Escalade driver then ran over the victim. They then left the area.
Deputies are working to identify the two drivers. They will face charges once identified.
Officials have not released the victim’s name.
The Harris County Sheriff’s Office is investigating the incident.
