Student, bus driver hurt following crash with dump truck in Brazoria County
BRAZORIA COUNTY, TX – According to Click 2 Houston, a student and bus driver were hurt in a collision between a Columbia-Brazoria ISD school bus and a dump truck at CR 354 and TX 36 on Thursday morning.
There were 34 students on the bus when it crashed around 6:45 a.m.
Paramedics airlifted the driver and a student to area hospitals.
The remaining students were released to their parents on their way to school.
Crews shut down the area to process the scene.
