Victim’s family search for hit-and-run driver who killed woman on Texas 6
HOUSTON. TX – The family of a woman who was struck and killed by a hit-and-run driver on Texas 6 near Beechnut Street on July 17 is asking the public for information about the driver who hit her, according to KHOU.
A driver collided with Jennifer Louis Pedone as she was walking in the southbound lanes of Texas 6 around 9:30 p.m.
First responders pronounced Pedone dead at the scene.
Anyone with information concerning the collision is urged to contact Crime Stoppers at 713-222-8477. Tipsters providing information leading to the arrest of the suspect may be awarded up to $5.000.
The Harris County Sheriff’s Office is investigating the incident.
