Driver hits patrol vehicle on Little York Road near Tasfield

HOUSTON, TX – A Harris County Sheriff’s Office deputy was involved in a two-vehicle collision on the 3800 block of Little York Road on Sunday night, according to Click 2 Houston.

A 25-year-old male deputy was driving east on Little York Road when the driver of a westbound Pontiac tried to turn left in front of him around 11:30 p.m. The two vehicles then collided.

First responders treated the deputy for a cut on his arm at the scene. The Pontiac’s driver and passenger were hospitalized as a precaution.

Authorities are investigating the Pontiac driver for DUI.
