Suspect dies in crash following police chase

NEW BRAUNFELS, TX – According to KXAN, a man has died following a police chase and crash in New Braunfels.

The chase began on Saturday just before 11 p.m. after police received reports of an allegedly drunk man making threats on Gruene Road. The suspect, Ryan Ingle, 43, fled the scene, beginning a police chase. The pursuit ended when Ingle crashed into a vehicle at the intersection of Loop 337 and Hanz Drive.

Ingle was ejected from his vehicle and died at the scene of the crash.
