Officials perform vehicle rescue in water near Gregg Lane
MANOR, TX- A vehicle was reported in a body of water with a victim on top of the vehicle near Gregg Lane early Thursday, according to Austin-Travis County Emergency Medical Services.
The incident was reported near the 10708-11131 area of Gregg Lane at approximately 4:47am. A car was reported sinking in the middle of the body of water with one victim reported. Officials arrived to the scene of the incident and rescued the victim, transporting them to an area hospital. One official was also transported for hypothermia treatment.
