Counterflow motorcyclist wounded in accident in Harris County
HARRIS COUNTY, TX- A motorcyclist was in critical condition after a crash on FM 529 on Saturday, Nationwide Report announced.
The incident involving several vehicles, a slingshot motorcycle and some cars, occurred near N. Eldridge Parkway.
The Harris County Sherriff’s Office arrived to assist in the aftermath of the collision around 8:30p.m. They found the driver of the motorcycle severely injured.
Only the driver was hospitalized.
The sheriff’s office later reported that this driver was driving the motorcycle against the regular flow of traffic when all the vehicles collided.
The investigation remains open as law enforcement probe into the cause of the counterflow driving.
