Hit-and-run driver fatally collides with 19-year-old man in southeast Houston
HOUSTON, TX – According to ABC 13, a hit-and-run driver struck and killed a 19-year-old man crossing I-45 NB near I-610 on Monday.
Two brothers were trying to cross I-45 around 10 p.m. One brother tried to stop the other from crossing but was not able to.
The driver of a sedan hit the 19-year-old man. The victim died in the crash.
Following the collision, the driver fled the scene.
Authorities found a piece of the suspect’s vehicle at the scene.
