Major crash blocks Grand Pkwy NB near Stockdick School Rd
KATY, TX – Emergency crews responded to a major collision along the highway in western suburbs of Houston Thursday morning, reports cw39.
The accident occurred shortly after 9 a.m. on the northbound side of TX-99, or Grand Parkway, at Stockdick School Road in Katy. This is just northeast of Madelyn Elementary School in the Katy Country Estates area.
Police haven’t yet commented on circumstances of the crash except to say that two vehicles were involved.
The collision blocked all northbound lanes while teams gathered evidence, assisted the people involved, and worked to clear the scene.
There’s no news thus far concerning injuries, but a full investigation is underway.
