Driver dies following single-vehicle crash on Louetta Rd
HOUSTON, TX – A driver died in a single-vehicle collision on the 2300 block of Louetta Rd on Friday, according to the Harris County Sheriff’s Office.
Johnothan Ramirez was driving a yellow 2007 Jeep Wrangler east on Louetta Rd when he strayed into oncoming traffic and went off the road. Ramirez then hit a culvert, which caused his vehicle to flip over and eject him from it. The Wrangler then hit a utility pole and landed on top of Ramirez.
Rescue crews pronounced Ramirez dead at the scene.
The Harris County Sheriff’s Office Vehicular Crimes Division is investigating the incident.
