Driver fatally collides with wooden pole on Spring Cypress Rd
TOMBALL, TX – According to the Harris County Sheriff’s Office, a driver fatally struck a wooden pole on the 12000 block of Spring Cypress Rd on Wednesday.
Brooklyn Waits was driving a red 2003 Toyota Camry east on Spring Cypress Rd in the right lane when she strayed off the road and entered a grassy area. She traveled east in the grassy area, and the Toyota rotated clockwise until the left side of the vehicle slammed into a wooden pole around 1:10:00 p.m.
Rescue crews pronounced Waits dead at the scene around 1:21 p.m.
