Woman fatally struck by multiple drivers on Texas 6 in southwest Houston
HOUSTON, TX – According to Click 2 Houston, a woman was struck and killed by multiple drivers on southbound Texas 6 near Beechnut Street Thursday night.
The victim was walking in the southbound lane of Texas 6 when she was hit by multiple hit-and-run drivers around 9:30 p.m.
A driver heading north on Texas 6 reported the crash. First responders pronounced the woman dead at the scene.
Authorities say the first vehicle that collided with the victim may have been a silver or white GMC pickup truck.
The Harris County Sheriff’s Office is investigating the incident. They urge anyone with information regarding the crash to contact them.
