Driver hospitalized after colliding with 18-wheeler on SH-146 in Baytown

BAYTOWN, TX – A driver was hospitalized after colliding with an 18-wheeler on the southbound lanes of SH-146 on Wednesday afternoon, ABC 13 reports.

The accident occurred on the West Main Street underpass, leaving the FedEx big rig hanging over the edge of the freeway. Minor injuries were reported, and the driver of the second vehicle was taken to the hospital as a precautionary measure.

Both the Southbound SH-146 and West Main Street were closed for several hours.
