5 hospitalized after robbery suspect hits bus near Houston Heights Bird Sanctuary

HOUSTON, TX – According to Click 2 Houston, five people were hurt when a robbery suspect fleeing from police slammed into a Houston METRO bus at Yale Street and Interstate 10 on Friday.

The suspect collided with the bus around 5 p.m.

First responders transported four juveniles and one adult from the bus to an area hospital. The extent of their injuries is unknown.

Authorities arrested the suspect.
