Pedestrian killed in hit-and-run on I-45 in Harris County early Tuesday morning

HARRIS COUNTY, TX – A pedestrian died in an early Tuesday hit-and-run on Interstate 45 near Cypress Oaks Drive in Harris County, reports FOX 26 Houston.

Harris County deputies received reports of the deadly crash at about 3 a.m. Responders found the victim, Kevon Clark, on the southbound side of the freeway.

Investigators believe the man may have been struck by multiple vehicles. One impact reportedly threw him into another travel lane. None of the motorists stopped to help, authorities say.

Emergency medics pronounced the victim dead at the scene.
