1 dead, 1 injured following 2-vehicle crash near Colonies Commercial
HOUSTON, TX – According to the Harris County Sheriff’s Office, one man died, and another man was hurt in a two-vehicle collision on the 6600 block of TX 6 S on Monday.
John Richard was driving a green 20222 Dodge Challenger north in the southbound lane when he collided head-on with a grey 2008 Acura MDX operated by Lisly Fuentes around 5:05 a.m.
Rescue crews pronounced Richards dead at the scene and transported Fuentes to Ben Taub Hospital in stable condition.
The Harris County Sheriff’s Office Vehicular Crimes Division is investigating the incident.
