Hydroplane crash in Ada claims life of 75-year-old man
ADA, TX – A 75-year-old man lost his life as a result of a hydroplane crash in Ada on Tuesday, Fox26Houston said.
The incident unfolded around 9 a.m. on Interstate 45 South. The 75-year-old was driving a white Toyota Tundra pickup truck when it began to hydroplane. He lost control of his vehicle and crashed into a ditch and a light pole.
The man’s truck sustained significant damage, and the driver himself died from his injuries at the scene. His identity will be released once his family is notified.
