1 dead after dump truck hits pickup in Westfield

HOUSTON, TX – A woman was killed yesterday when a dump truck collided with a pickup at in the Westfield area yesterday morning.

FOX26 reports that that the fatal crash happened near Bammel Road and Greenbrook Drive at an unspecified time Thursday morning. Photos of the scene show the two vehicles in a ditch.

A woman who was a passenger in the pickup died at the scene. Authorities had to extricate its driver. It is unclear whether that man was injured.
